Domestic Shipping (United States)

All products purchased from Merchwide Inc. are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders typically leave our facility within 2–7 business days of your purchase, excluding holidays.

If you require expedited shipping, please include this request during checkout. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your needs, although certain shipping methods may be unavailable due to weight, size, or other carrier restrictions.

International Customers

Cost & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination country. Merchwide Inc. works to provide reliable, efficient international service at the most competitive rates possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other local taxes upon arrival.

• These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

• All such charges are determined by the destination country’s government.

• The customer is responsible for paying any required fees at the time of delivery.

Customs Processing Delays

Packages may experience delays during customs inspections. This process is outside of our control. If your shipment is held or delayed, please contact your local customs office for updates or assistance.

International Shipping Responsibility

Once your package leaves our facility and tracking information is provided, Merchwide Inc. is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier handling the package.
